Relapse was a decent album contrary to popular belief, but because it’s not what anyone wanted to hear people bash it. Nowhere near as bad as Encore, but I’m getting tired of defending the album. You either think its dope because of the intricate rhyme schemes, experimentation of flows, or the serial killer references; or you think its wack because of the accent, serial killer content, etc.

Technically speaking, Relapse was great. Eminem`s flow and rhyme patterns were really good… The problem is, it sounded like garbage. I haven`t listened to a single song from that album since a week after it came out. His recent freestyle sounded pretty awful too.

You guys may be right. Lyrically, nothing came close to Relapse with the rhyme scheme. I thought Eminem killed the wordplay on Relapse. However, content wise, Relapse is not really up there for me, and Eminem is my favorite rapper.
