I love J.Cole.. I think the Warm Up was easily a top 3 mixtape of 2009.. he brought so much soul on the beats and the beat selection was ill. This is not his best work and I would expect better.. how he starts of the second verse winner/winter/ dinner too cliche.. he can come harder than that.. and in the 2nd n 3rd verse he used the same rhyme scheme with the same words.. lame/ chain etc.. Yo it sounds dope. Judging from what Im hearing the beat just needs something else. I dont know what it is, but it just needs something. Like many people in here, I know this is low quality and the volume of his voice isnt up to quality, but even then the delivery doesnt sound like he went hard enough. I take it the CDQ will be much better and his delivery on that and the beat would be better. Over all it sounds fuckin awesome and I cant wait to download it.
