i agree 100% with KnowxOne, today’s mainstream R&B is terrible in comparison to the last 1990′s and early 2000′s… no emotion for the most part, just gimmicks… Trey used to make dope music, but in my opinion he done fell off a lil… but he’s still talented for sure

@sprm I know that… I’m speaking on The-Dreams, the Beyonces, the Drakes, etc. But gone are the days of ORGANIC soul / R&B, with the exception of Sharon & The Dap-Kings, Mayer Hawthorne, Menahan Street Band, The Budos Band, etc.
