No one hates just the ACC. Everyone hates Duke. The same team winning over and over is not exciting, but instead repetitive and ruins the dynamic of the sport. A Duke-caliber team is good, but if any calls had gone Butler’s way (especially Hayward getting the haymaker) they would have won. And don’t give me the whole Duke hasn’t won in 20 years shit. They still are a perennial sleazebucket with ugly as fuck players and cocky attitudes. Butler deserved to win, and that is that.

Duke were getting absolutely mugged when they had the ball especially under the basket and I guess hand checking is not a foul as you can apparently hold a man on the hip when he’s making a move to the basket and then reach around and smack his hand without it being a foul. But I’m glad the refs let both teams play. Have to be a man out there to win the chip.
–Duke shot lower percentage from the Free Throw line and 3 point land. Butler shot more free throws and had less turnovers. Butler had a chance to win but too bad buddy missed missed both shots. That’s the breaks.
–Duke haters always got some excuse. How about Duke outscored Butler in both halves? How about Duke getting more rebounds, blocks, steals, and assists and holding the opposition to a low shooting percentage?
–I’m truly sorry that Duke crushed yet another team’s hopes, dreams and plans but uh…you gotta take them out. They aren’t going to give you the game you have to take it and it was right there for the taking. They gave you multiple chances to make history. Unfortunately, for Butler they didn’t get it done.
