    Truthfully, Biz Markie used it first in ’89. But Joey definitely used it before Jay. And I’m a much bigger Jay fan than a Fat Joe one, but give the man his credit where it’s due. Too many people commenting on these posts, including/especially Meka (“Tourette’s Syndrome-style”?? SMH…) should just keep their uninformed thoughts to themselves.
