Man you people all have Newport Wrong. I knew Eddie when he was a kid. I knew his father too. He had NOTHING. You people assume because a town Like Newport is well known for the summer homes of the rich and famous, that everyone from there, skirts that same lifestyle; truly ignorant. The dude that said Newport is Bankrupt, too, well a town going bankrupt, interesting concept, albeit wrong.
Eddie was an incredible athlete growing up. He excelled at hockey and was an exceptional soccer player, with people around him that believed in him. It has been 12 years since I have seen him, but I think about him all the time and wish him only the best success there is in life.
