i can see DEV’s point of view, cos when it comes down to it, its all on personal preffrence and opinon, i dont think there is A G.O.A.T, there might be a group of people who are G.O.A.T’s but i dont think you can put them in order (unless you put them in order based on opinion…) regardless i think we all know that premo and pete rock are in that group of elite people

BUT i just dont believe in a “greates of all time” anything. there are alot of great producers: Just Blaze(my all time fav, not to be confused with THE GREATEST), The Alchemist, Madlib, Black Milk, Oh No, Khrysis, Havoc, J Dilla, Exile, 9th Wonder, Illmind, RZA, Swizz Beatz(in the late 90s), etc

I feel your opinion Dev thanks for clearing it up. The only thing is when i list producers or Mcs in order i go by there influence on one another like i would never put Dilla over Pete Rock (Even tho i love um both) cause Pete Rock influenced Dillas Sound Heavily even Dillas Mother said so. PEACE!!
I don’t think its so much the greatest, but some of the greatest. Man someone should invest in recording this as a Dvd so it can be recorded and shown.. or I mean played worldwide. I would buy that Dvd in a heartbeat. But i can’t really pick a side… Pete or Preem??? I couldn’t answer that if my life depended on it. Haha
