  11. Rock City hasn’t come out because their single “Losing It” didn’t perform as expected. Akon shelved their project shortly after that. Plus, they signed to Konvict Music. You never sign to an artist when you’re an artist. They never want you to become greater than they are. (Admittedly, this is likely a very small factor in Rock City not coming out)
