I used to really hate on Kid Cudi, especially his album ’cause its so depressing and seems like it tries too hard to be “different” and “intergalactic”, but I realized that he has a serious sense of melody in his hooks for catchy shit, esp. for songs like this, “my world”, “cudi zone”, and “pursuit of happiness”. I never liked Day & Night or Make Em Say, but it looks like the actual gems were deeper than perceived.
