why do cats still expect an artist not to branch out and make NEW music. Does making the same type of music with no risk work: ask THE LOX, Wu-Tang, Dipset, Freeway, 50 and any other groups or artist from the late 90′s and 00′s. Bank dropped technically three album (one that made him hot, one that was leaked but would’ve been hotter than his first, and one he rushed with fillers that was wack) Now he’s tryna make his money and now worry about being in 50′s shadow. This record is good and i’m glad he’s getting his shine again. The love for the music is in the hood, but the money is in the suburbs. Either enjoy the music or enjoy arsenic.

The big withdraw was actually an album ready to be sorted through, mastered, and pressed. All original material, production and it was tagless!..(cues ed lover with the c’mon son). If you recall a joe budden line that referred “fuck around and leave your career in some bitch car/” is referring to LB’s Second album being snatched up by some groupie he was smashing and she sold it to radio for money. I doubt all of those were gonna be on that album but nonetheless it would’ve been a good second effort. Rotten Apple had a few song but it seemed like LB was trying to put an album out after the whole situation to make up for the losses he would’ve gotten for the big withdraw. Either way the track on here is more than likely undone. Those who wanted classic banks head over to datpiff and download his old shit and stop complaining. Its 2010, out with the old in with the new.
