After some delay, it’s finally time to announce the winner of the Fresh Daily Video Gamin’ Remix Contest.
We at High Water Music first and foremost want to say thanks to everyone who participated in the Video Gamin’ RMX contest. We apologize for what some of you may consider to be a long wait. We weren’t anticipating the overwhelming response and amount of incredible RMXs we got and we wanted to give all entries our undivided attention.
With that said, we want to announce and congratulate the winner, SABeats from the Netherlands. SABeats submitted what we feel is the strongest RMX.

everyone is entitled to an opinion. I’d like to thank ALL of the producers who submitted shit. the majoriy of yall came with STUPID CRAZY HEAT. a few of yall though made hot beats but coud’nt line up the vocals right. sadly that took yall out the running.
initially, the guy we liked the most, who we thought should win, who in fact had the craziest beat in our opinion just couldn’t get the vox right. the next dude who we agreed on together (SUCIO SMASH and myself, that is) was SA BEATS. dude brought the funk AND managed to get the vox right. part of being a PRODUCER is vocal arrangement. this contest made the line of distinction between BEATMAKERS and PRODUCERS really visible.
thanks to all the folks who commented congradulating SABEATS that makes me smile and lets me know y’all are some of the best fans out there cuz you could very well be on some salty shit like, “psh, nigga I shoulda won that shit!” lol

I like this remix a lot. Give’s it more of a chill lyrical feel too it. Dope sounds. I meant to enter the contest, but I just kept the beat I made for myself. Lol.
