  2. It’s because anyone but a white person can say nigga. Indians(dot/feather), Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, Eskimos, etc etc. It’s just white people that can’t say it. Full white that is, if you can trace back 10% of one of those ethnic groups I listed you get a pass also.
