seriously. meth, ghost, & rae are the three best from the wu. meth is mad lyrical but still knows how to make a hit, Ghost is abstract and can paint a picture and tell a story like no other ( and in my opinion is the G.O.A.T.), and rae is a dark storyteller with a complex flow. ghost and rae are like peanut butter and jelly, and meth is the bread.

Totally agreed. Ghost is great, but I think a lot of people go crazy about him and overlook Raekwon, GZA, etc.

GZA is good but alot of times it seems like he doesn’t ride the beat. he simply spits his lyrics over a track at the correct bpm, but he doesn’t really flow according to the track’s rhythm.
How can you say Method Man can’t make a hit. I’m hoping you didn’t have a straight face on when you wrote that. Blackout 1 and Blackout 2 were fire. His solo albums have plenty of hot joints too.
Either way I’d have to say my favorites are Ghostface, Meth and it’s a toss up between GZA and The Chef.

Lyrically GZA is the best out of the whole crew and most consistent when it comes to lyrics
Masta Killa, U-God, and the Rebel INS are unsung heroes for a reason. Inspectah’s verses on Triumph, Wu-Tang Clan ain’t nuthin to F wit, and Heaterz are undoubtedly some of the best verses in Wu-Tang. U-God can also spit mad nice and is the only member that can switch up his pitch easy. Masta Killa’s flow is so steady and lazy that it’s hypnotic. Made in Brooklyn was a heavily slept on Wu album.

Meth Ghost and Rae are def the 3 most charismatic but Im still giving GZA the nod lyrically, no hatin, just sayin

Gza got Stupid dumb Lyrics he would shit on anyone, Ghostface Can tell stories like no one else, Mr.Meth has to have the best flow out of all the caln members, Raekwon is just straight up raw and gritty with hes word choice and abstract flow.
in my opinion Gza is the best lyricist in the clan, have you heard animal planet, or 0% finance . no one could think to do songs like that but the genius.
