  1. Hum! I enjoy Stat’s music.

On a side note the sooner Statlanta’s out of the picture the more people will focus on him and his music and less on Aftermath. Statlanta still conjures the image of Aftermath and everyone should know they’re not going to get that album.

    Should be a dope album.

  2. pretty bad

  3. dr dre prod¿ or wHAAAAAT

  4. WASNT THIS SUPPOSE TO COME OUT LIKE 7 YRS AGO?

  5. now i see why dre wouldnt let this album drop.. sounds like its gona be trash

  6. awesome!!! Statlanta looks like it might actually come out for real

  7. i think dudes alright this is a chill track i dont think he was thinkin about murdering the fuck out of this beat when he made it he just spit over it the way he do and like i said its alright no hate p.s. that fuckin ride is sick anyone know what it is?

  8. garbage… come on stat are you serious?

  9. somebody knows if dre prod this¿¿¿

  10. I like it!!! Its not his best but I def know that there will be a whole lot better songs up there. People just gotta understand sometimes you gotta put the closest song out that is radio friendly, but he still keeping it hip-hop. Do your thang Stat, VA, NC, and GA been waitin almost 5 years.

  11. Not trying to jinx dude, but watch this get pushed back again then probably never come out. What label is he on? I cannot remember anymore, lol.

  12. he’s been workin with Dre for the last 6 months. This may be off his next mixtape, maybe not on Statlanta. Stat is always dope

  13. does anyone have Underground ATL vol 3? from like…sheesh 5 years ago?? If so please email ivanibarra88@gmail.com I remember the first song I heard from him called Problems, so dope

  14. you can’t hate on this. Peep the lyrics, see what he’s sayin. This track is fire. Good job stat.
Album will not get pushed back. Statlanta May 4th

  15. @management…why are you lookin out for that mixtape. Have you not heard his more recent street ALBUMS—-The Bailout, QuoCity, Checks and Balances, The Invisible Man, Smokin Mirrors, or Great Depression.
Quo City and Checks & Balances are doper than most shit that came out last year. Get on that.

  16. Statlanta died when he left Aftermath. It’s not gonna be the same music that was (supposed to be) created some years ago.

    Gotta move on.

  17. damn thats a sweet ass ride!!

  18. …stat quo fell off hard ..i love the track b4 when he was cryin and complainin dre and eminem never talk to em

    BUT

    the Beat is fire….

  19. SOMEONE HAS TO KNOW WHAT KINDA RIDE THAT IS I’M STILL TRYNA FIGURE IT OUT????

  20. that his house?

  21. Sir Nigel, you’re on point. Spread the knowledge.

Anyways, Stat is releasing Statlanta via Sha Money XL’s new label Dream Big Ventures.

    Source: http://www.xxlmag.com/online/?p=62172

  22. ha ha i dodnt notic the house i dont think its his though looks more like dre’s

  23. I believe its a Chevelle

  24. Did PHONIX produce this??? Who the fuk is Phoenix???
AND to ANYBODY on here hatin on this shit need to GTFO wit that, this shit is fire!!

if you dont like this then go listen to ur quest & charles & all that other low quality bedroom shit with shake

  25. @Sir Nigel and James…ya’ll are idiots. Dr Dre asked Stat to come back and start workin with the Aftermath camp for the last 8 months. He went to Hawaii with Dre last year plus he’s been in the studio with Dre workin on Detox, R.E.D., and Statlanta. Stat didn’t die when he left Aftermath. Ya’ll some busters who don’t know shit about good music. Have you listen to one of his STREET ALBUMS. They’re all fire.
Stat picked up where he left off when he signed that Sha Money Big Dream Ventures deal. Respect his hustle. Statlanta is comin and its gonna be incredibly dope. HATERZ are bitches

  26. Its a Oldsmobile Cutlass

  27. Finally a hot track in hip hop! Dopeboyz i thought you guys died but i see some movement in your flatline with this one!

  28. ^ Huh ? dopeboyz dont make music , they put out new stuff out, its been slow lately on good music bc people havent made any good lately,, 2010 did start out good thou wit fire releases..

  29. Damn Statlanta is actually gonna drop soon…I been waitin on this since I was a freshman (in high school!)

  30. this sounds like a Dr Dre Production… but it’s not

  31. This joint fresh & dope as hell! Glad Statlanta finally coming out too! Stat is a beast!

  32. @hiphop
quantity doesn’t mean quality. i can’t into the mood of those street albums if i feel like it’s been too long. i’d rather just listen to old stuff until Statlanta comes out.

  33. @ JONES

Phoenix is the dude who produced 50 Cent’s Flight 187

  34. GOOD LOOKN, it sounded like a phonix, gotta check for Phoenix!!

  35. daveg, you’re a fucking tard to think I’m hating on Stat Quo. All I’ve done is shown him and his music love. I’ve supported him ever since his departure of Aftermath records. I’ve downloaded all his free tapes, spread the word, and bought the Great Depression.

The fact is a lot of cats are still expecting an Aftermath version of Statlanta when it’s going to be different because he’s no longer a part of the label. I’m saying his career is going to pick up even more post the release of Statlanta because PUBLIC perception will no longer affiliate him with Aftermath in any negative light.

On that note, suck a dick and die.

  36. so many trolls publishing novels ….

  37. ^^^^ KING TROLL.

  38. A novel? Niggas can’t read no more if they think two paragraphs is a novel. Read a fucking book dumbass.

  39. sorry i don’t follow these cats’ every move.

  40. james, you were agreein with Sir Nigel sayin that Statlanta died when he left Aftermath whooo whooo whooo cut that shit out cause he’s still workin with DRE. It won’t be the exact album but they kept some of the dope shit. Statlanta will be fire. keep supportin

  41. @management, in Stat’s case quantity does equal quality cause all those albums are complete bangers. Plays straight through, no dj’s, no features, straight classics. Go back and listen to QuoCity and Checks & Balances….doooooope music.

  42. I was agreeing with Sir Nigel cause I assumed he meant what I meant. I must have misunderstood what he said. I thought he was agreeing with me that the general audience should change their expectations for the album. That’s to say expect something dope but don’t expect it to be the one reviewed by the source back when he was on Aftermath.

If Sir Nigel was not saying that then – whatever! I misunderstood. Either way my writing is plain as day. I don’t see how you misconstrued what I typed (but then I evidently did not understand Sir Nigel’s comment.)

  43. @hiphop
either way, I want Underground ATL vol. 3 lol. After that, I will go back and listen

  44. All good my man, atleast we both know Statlanta is gonna be a dope album. I’m definitely pickin it up on May 4th cause that shits gonna be nice. Real hiphop. Stats got lyrics for days.

@Hiphop, you’re right. all whis street albums were crazy. All original production. he got mad talent. Don’t sleep people

  45. 100% a Dr. Dre beat, WOW.. Nutzo!

  46. personally i have listened to all of stat’s street albums and he’s definitely lost a step since he left aftermath. his music doesn’t have the feel or impact that it use to have. i’d honestly rather listen to the atlanta underground series than all of his new shit.

  47. CLICK (the link in) my name if u want to download the 2010 NBA All Star Weekend (H.O.R.S.E., Skills Challenge, 3 Point Shootout, Rookie/Sophomore Game, and All Star Game) for FREE

  48. someone just asked that producer Phoenix who supposedly produced this on twitter if this is his beat and he said its not, check it here http://www.twitter.com/PhoenixSays there’s no question in my mind now that its a dre beat

  49. you have to look at the don legend tweet because that’s who asked him

  50. this track is dope. the beat is on point. summer vibe.

  51. stat quo post aftermath > stat quo aftermath

he started spitting real shit when he left

  52. this shit was supposed to drop 7 years ago forreal hahahah. it’s crazy how the game works but it’s str8. i never really fucked wit stat outside of the track he had for madden 2003 but yall seem to believe in him so imma fuck wit the track. no hate. #imjustsaying they detoxed the shit out of his project

  53. hell yeah James, thats whats up. Anyone who says stat fell off needs to listen to his songs like Armegedon, Never Ending Cycle, Immortal Hustle, Pharmacy, I Need, Almost Home, Quo City, In California, Get Up Again, Intermission, Deliver Me, Other Niggas, and Ghetto USA

Label politics is a bitch. Statlanta will be dope. better pick that up

  54. Stat is now signed to Sha Money XL’s new label, and in a recent interview Sha said Statlanta would include some tracks from the Aftermath version with Dr. Dre prodution. I think this beat sounds very Dre-ish, but who knows.

  55. Dre didn’t produce this, Phonix did. He also did some stuff for 50, jadakiss, nipsey, and the game. He’s a monster. Look out for him, seriously.

  56. This joint is nice
