I think he isn’t near as good now IMO. I’m from Pittsburgh and a lot of people will say that his older shit (prince of the city, show and prove, etc) is much better than what he’s been putting out recently. Plus ALL he talks about is weed anymore…

I have the last issue and it seems the Top Freshmen are for singles and what was after that was 5 rap groups and 5 r&b singers after that. So if they are using the same format The Cool Kids wont be in it because they were in the last one. Tanya Morgan too. Oh yea and the Knux (Highly underrated check them out if you havnt.)
Pac Div will probably be in the next issue in the rap group section.

It’s funny that he had a feature in XXL a couple of years back, as one of the dudes to look out for. So. it shows he’s on is job if he’s getting featured again(I don’t think the had the Freshman Class thing back in 06-07 whenever that was.)

A freestyle can be pre-written, even tho most ppl nowadays think otherwise. And a freestyle off the top from any of the freshman wouldn’t exactly impress anyone. So they most likely use their best or latest verse, as a sample of what they do. This is not a freestyle tho, just a sample.
