No Wiz does not have his own style. Granted he HAD his own style back in the day with his older shit. But ever since he linked up with Weezy his style has been sounding like an exact copy of Wayne. And its just not him. Drake had his own style, and Im a Day one Drake fan so I can tell when he changes his style and he has changed his style to fit the lil wayne’s. Same thing with Nikki. She sounds like a carbon copy female version of lil Wayne.

I don’t know about this Lil Wayne comparison bullshit. I used to be a “Wayne Head” (embarrassing but c’mon I was in 10th grade), and now I’m definitely a huge fan of Wizzle. Probably because I smoke too much. Either way, they have similarities like punchlines, and rhyming about nothing (which most rappers do anyway) but the flow? delivery? tone? beat structure? None of that is the same. Two small similarities don’t make them the same. That’s like saying Black Star was the same as Jurassic 5 because they’re lyrical and rap about struggling. I never say this but Fuck Outta Here
He doesn’t really impress me, but that’s just me.
There’s a lack of versatility which kills his replay value for me, but he has a loyal fanbase so he’s doing something right.
Also, although they aren’t all that similar, I like Spitta more than Wiz, only because Wiz’s hooks get annoying sometimes, especially when he uses autotune. This song is tight though.

Dude, I agree that Khalifa’s pretty average @ rapping, but him and wayne are completely different on several fronts. #1 flow: wiz’s is much more fluid than wayne’s is, with way less emphasis on single syllable’s. #2 lyrics: wayne is the epitome of a punchline rapper, its what helped him become so popular today, while wiz seemingly could give a fuck about a punchline, opting to narrate his life more than anything (although he narrates the same subjects all the time). #3 image: wiz and wayne are two almost completely different people. #4 hooks: although wayne does his own sometimes, and is okay at it, wiz is well-liked because of all his catchy and original hooks, to the point where they’re his best quotables.
@Messiah…Spitta has a more versatile/better flow than Wiz too…has a lot of clever lines too..definitely outshined Wale and had a better flow/delievery than J. Cole on Rather Be With You track
