As you may know I’m not a fan of celebrating death, which makes this day somewhat bittersweet as it is both J DIlla’s birthday and ten years to the day of Big Pun’s passing. So with Shake handling Big Pun’s tribute, I’ll be handling the Dilla side. If you’re like me and hadn’t heard some of these songs in a long time, or if you’ve never heard these songs at all (that Funkmaster Flex song was a rarity to some), enjoy.
