  2. I haven’t said anything about Act 2 for a couple weeks…I’ve kinda lost my excitement for it (until it comes out of course then I’ll be geeked again).

    It’s never cool when somebody gets your hopes up and then doesn’t follow through. Story of my life lol.

  3. @ Tommy K – tel me about it, i left for thailand on the 7th jan for 4 weeks, never checked online til i got back last nite, excited like a kid at christmas ready to grab that new lupe mixtape, the blu lp in cdq, and of course Act II… so disappointed i was when all i found was an unreleased mos track and that new nas/damien ish. oh well, least i hugged a tiger and rode an elephant, life aint that bad

  4. man this is an obvious product of internet paced rap. all this pressure to make a new fucking cd a month and so rappers write checks they ass can’t cash.

    in the case of Jay elec though, FUCK THAT. nigga has two or three worthwhile projects that are fireee and just wont/cant? make new shit and release it. dear moleskine? act ii? fuckers.

    also, imma call the remix what i have for months. Exhibit B. internet culture came up with that name for a track that had no official title (does a CDQ even exist?) and so we get to call it whatever the fuck we want. mos def i love you, but suck it.   6. @ sam sneako: This performance right here imo matches this track perfectly.. He’s calm, but focused and his delivery is definitely on point. But I know what you mean though, sometimes he can come off pretty lackluster.
