Last night, we made it out to the Every Drop Counts event here in Chicago, which was a successful, positive, and unifying event to raise money for the crisis in Haiti. The messages were made even more powerful from special guests Chairman Fred Hampton Jr., host Aja Monet, and the packed lineup of artists who spoke from the heart in addition to their live set. The energy was magnetic throughout the audience as many people were not only having a great time but also touched by the positivity displayed by everyone who graced the stage.

I love Jean Grae’s music but she was just standing around waving her arm during her performance. Kinda boring.

Jean Grae is the dopest out of this shit. That was only 2 minutes of her performance. I’m sure that shit was live she usually puts on a good show.

Jean Grae was super ill, she’s the MC that is worth every benefited penny that was collected, Chicago’s own Rhymefest rocked with Twone Gabbs, Juice, and Mickey Halsted rocked it as well, last night was fresh….
