Nefew – Ear Pop

Nefew trade their traditional soulful sounds for spacey synths on their new track: Ear Pop the result is a electronic Daft-Punk-esque sound, complete with robotic voices. Rapper Polemikk employs a faster flow to match the speed and excitement of the beat. The track showcases Nefew’s sonic versatility – whether a slower soul sampled beat or electro-pop they can still manage to create a hit.

  1. this is definitely different, ahead of time! fyah!!!

  2. Weird that now they use synthesizer beats even though in their song “what u talk about”, polemikk stated that he doesn’t fuck with synthesizers – well, now they do which is lame. I mean there’s nothing wrong with using synths but just shortly after having badmouthed synths? Not consistent and not real and rather sellout.. I guess they want to prove they’re not a one trick pony only capable of classic rap. Besides that, polemikk bites kanye west’s flow – the chorus is very similar to dizzee rascal’s “freaky freaky” – and the beat is wannabe neptunes.
