yep never ever heard a cover song. in all these years. im just saying that I think its still okay to rap over someone else’s beat without changing it, especially if your lyrics are up to par. that was cool that he switched it up but…he sort of just added beats from other songs, so i dont see how creative THAT was. just also spitting on other unchanged beats. i know, i know, why dont i try to do somethin creative, but im just sayin. and there really are some points where he just uses words that rhyme together. it doesnt make sense at points. this really is a good version of the song, just not as good as i think others are makin it out to be.
The only other beat he raps to is Exhibit A. Then he starts goin ham over that with that bass thing. Im pretty sure the Dead PResidents beat he rhymes to is not the Jayz version. Listen close.
