Unlike most of the Exhibit (Insert Letter) freestyles, The Yardfather should get a pass simply based off the relationship he has with both Just and Jay. The Greatest Story Ever Told will be dropping sometime this year. *sigh… as if we haven’t heard that shit before. I do hope it does though, as Sai and Justin Blaze sound great together.

Sai’s only problem is that he isn’t in the booth long enough. If GSNT actually dropped this year, we would have to wait another 10years for some more music. I’d take 5 collabo albums with him and Statik Selectah then one with just him and Just.
Sai is generally dope but I hate that i waited a whole minute for his blatantly homophobic, recycled opening line. And if i hear 1 more rapper on this beat, i quit hip hop.

Saigon definitely gets a pass with Exhibit Sai…Saigon has always been dope. I don’t care how long I wait for GSNT. Its gonna be CLASSIC no doubt. All In A Days Work was damn near CLASSIC itself. No one can hate on that album. Warning Shots 2 on the other hand…lets just say Saigon said he’s not going that route anymore. Stick to his style…No more pussy songs.

his album didn’t come out because of label politics, not his deficiencies. i have over 13 hours worth of Saigon music in my itunes library… the vast majority of it over original beats. most artists that have been around for 10 years can’t even say they have that much music.
go check Yardfather Vol. 1 & 2, Abandoned Nation Mixtape, Return of the Yardfather, Moral of the Story, Welcome to Saigon, All In A Days Work, Warning Shots 2, and the hundreds of loosies he has on random mixtapes and compilations (many of them can be found on Abandoned Tracks Vol. 1 & 2 on Datpiff)
only reason i didn’t say Warning Shots vol. 1 was because it was mostly untagged versions of the first 2 yardfather tapes, but it had some exclusives too.
Greatest Story Never Told is in the group of albums probably never coming with Sir Lucious Left Foot, Detox, the Eli Porter album, and 90% of Lil Waynes projects. But anyway, the track is nice, Sai is probably the only person I’ve heard, under Jay, actually do the beat justice.
