Face facts, Budden cannot could make good music even if his life depended on it. I aint gonna lie, he can rap, he really can, but that is just waste of talent if you only make shitty music. Be seriours with yourselves, Budden is not that good as you think he is. I just think you all are rooting for the underdog a little too much.

Beat is disappointing, it almost sounds like a skeleton. Budden did his usual thing; nothing amazing from him.
Budden fans please don’t act like Lupe fans who think that just because people don’t like said artist it’s cause they don’t understand what they’re spitting. None of these rappers are spitting anything complex. Some cats just don’t like it. End of story.

Budden has a terrible ear for good beats… The Slaughterhouse beats were fire. This one isn’t bad, but overall he always brings lyrical heat, while falling short in beats.

jesus christ this guy can’t write a hook or pick beats for shit. It started off kind of promising but then the beat never went anywhere and it sounds like he spent all of 30 seconds in the booth to come up with the hook

I agree, the Cardim leaks are better. Clever lyrics. I’m not a fan of the beat, though. The hook is going to have to grow on me. Maybe I’ll sing it to the top of my lungs when I’m drunk, but I’m not feeling it for right now. Can’t wait to hear more Joey, though. Four songs this year? Keep it up. This reminds me of when he was pushin’ out music back to back after MM2.
