Jay Electronica x Diddy – Exhibit C Live (Video)

While at Mos Def’s show at the Highline Ballroom this weekend, Jay Elec-Ramadan grabs Puff to do Bad Boy-style ad-libs for “Exhibit C.” Wowzers. Props to Mikey Fresh.

  4. He might as well go ahead and do a video for this shit…

I could see it gettin play on T.V. as big as it’s been on the internet…

  14. Real dope performance.

  15. Anything that makes people enjoy the music and keep it running is fin with me. I like the comments I see here. Mos And Talib will give you bars when it’s time for it. http://www.reverbnation.com/blastmusicconcepts

  16. this is so sick! anybody else think a remix would be a bad idea tho? like even if they went and say got Nas, Mos n Kweli for it, i think itd still be a letdown from the original

  17. lol Doesn’t it seem like Mos always tries to dress as least like a rapper as possible.

  18. Diddy is that dude. haha
They should’ve let the beat drop throughout without any pausing, the crowd were hungry for it… plus diddy got bored.

  19. Puff is probably tryin to get another recycled Biggie verse on the remix

  20. I fucking missed this?!?! *sucks teeth*

  21. jay elect better ride the shit outta this song and love this underground pre album buzz. once his album drop and the southern cats hear about him and say dude flow all you blogger cats gon be on some fuck jay shit.

  22. I NEED ACT 2

  23. KILL THE DJ!!!!!! FUCKED THAT WHOLE SET UP

  24. ^ 1 urself..

  25. Yeah, that DJ killed the momentum by cutting the beat over and over. I know Jay is big on boring people to death with acapellas during his live shows but that beat is too hot to ignore. And I love Mos, dude is such a fan of hip-hop, he always knows everyone’s rhymes line for line.

  26. Indeed… this is God-Hop and the DJ should have jus let the beat ride.

  27. Even Mos was going over to the DJ and saying for him to play the beat. That beat is part of what makes the song so good.

    Diddy was embarrassing…

  28. I can’t imagine this song being a hit….but the buzz it has is crazy. It would be a huge turning point for hip hop if this song made the charts.

  29. The DJ clearly wanted to play the beat but you can see Jay gesturing him to cut it off. Jay goes acapella way too much during live performances. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a video of him live without him doing it haha.

  30. “Puff is probably tryin to get another recycled Biggie verse on the remix”

    ^^ **DEAD** HAHHAA

  32. Just Blaze and Jay Electronica were on Shade 45 yesterday…did anyone record it!?

  33. Jay Electronica is down to earth talk with him during live performance one time he even let some dudes break dance on stage shit was dope had the best show ever been to. Mos Def killed it too they good a good show..

  34. the acapellas dope, i dunno why fools are hating on it. badu does the same thing in her performances and its fucking dope. its that shiver up the spine hip hop, you can feel the authenticism

  35. Cash <<<jay wanted the dj to cut off the music. smh. just enjoy it.

  36. the south killin hip hop?? or keeping it alive…

j.cole, jay elect, pill, yela, currensy, etc…

..some of your new favorite rappers was born under the mason dixon

  37. That shit was live…. And yeah Mos be dressin like a hobbit but he can spit though…

  38. This beat is the best thing to ever happen to Jay Electronica…thanks to Just Blaze! Jay Electronica is all hype!

  39. “this is so sick! anybody else think a remix would be a bad idea tho? like even if they went and say got Nas, Mos n Kweli for it, i think itd still be a letdown from the original”
