About 500 Lil Wayne fans got a pleasant surprise this week when the rapper’s frequently delayed new album, Rebirth, showed up in their mailboxes. According to Billboard magazine, Amazon.com shipped out several hundred copies of the album this week to fans who had preordered it. Unnamed sources and an e-mail to the magazine from an Amazon customer uncovered the unprecedented snafu. Cash Money boss Bryan “Baby” Williams recently tweeted that Rebirth had been pushed back from December 21 to February 1 — a week before Wayne is scheduled to be sentenced and begin his one-year prison term on a gun charge. But the disc reportedly began showing up in mailboxes on December 14.
I’m sure this will not damage his sales projections, but how does a company like Amazon fuck up like this?

I grew up on rock/alternative like Jimmie, Nirvana, and RHCP. And Hip Hop of course. So it’s just funny when people say something sucks when there is no real standard.
And the only person I remotely dick ride is Lupe. I’ve bought both his albums three times a pieces and been to several of his concerts. Right now, he is the only artist that I will invest in, at least until he becomes tainted by the spotlight.
Wayne needs to shelve this. I’m just being honest here. Only 6 songs I can fuck with. I would say 7 which is Paradice cause of the beat and 3rd verse which is him rapping, but the other 2 verses with autotune can hardly be made out. I can’t hear a fucking word he said. He’s whining too much making the autotune overlap the words.
