I had the opportunity to interview J.Cole while he was in London, Ontario opening up for the Blue Print 3 concert. I estimated the interview to be around 10 minutes maximum but J.Cole and I went for 21 minutes. We decided to cut this video to 10 minutes and show you more quick questions as the year progresses.
PREVIOUS: On the Level w/ J. Cole (Video)

J.Cole is easily my favorite artist. Combine the fact that him and Wale are pretty cool, just great stuff. The new guys really brought hip hop back to the forefront.

This has to be one of the most humble dudes I’ve ever seen in hip hop. He really pushed himself to succeed both in school and with his musical career. He’s come a long way. Blessed kid with a unique talent and it’s safe to say he’s the most talented guy in the game right now. I don’t think hip hop’s gonna see another talented cat like this in a long time. He’s one of those dudes that totally change the game up. Living legend.
