Saying hes the best is taking it too far…I like Royce more then most of the guys you posted. But lets be honest one of the reasons he never achieved much commercial success in the first place is because of his dispute with Em. Street Hop was good but it was by no means classic. Saying hes the best is a bit of a stretch.
