I understand theres crappy artists everywhere. But the South is/was where mainstream hip hop was at for the longest time. At first they had some pretty legit artist ( Outkast, Ludacris, nelly etc.) so it was only right for the south to get there shine. but as the years went by, shit just started going downhill.
