really its just people need to ignore the idiots and they will slowly disappear. all they want is attention and to get a rise out of people. i admit im guilty of giving in on occasion, but im working on not doing it anymore.
It just gets annoying as fuck with people like fulltimeboss, Psssst, Curtis Hampton, Robbie Maynard and that dude always posting Lupe lyrics. You used to come in here and just here people talk about the music. Now its people being jackasses for attention and people who just hate on everything. I don’t get why people come on this website if they don’t like this type of music that Shake & Meka provide us all with. Its free music people, I know my iTunes library has grown ever since I stumbled on to this site, but some people just love to bitch and pick fights. The internet brings alot of good and even more bad.

HONESTLY…Its not JUST idiots…Some smart people actually talk shit on here sometimes because of the constant large amount of wack shit that gets put up on this site…It seems their is no quality control, as long as its a kid whose music youve played before youll play it again…Instead of scrutinizing and forcing these kids to bring their A game, you give them a Great Platfrom to put out music that is not Great.

who are you to say what is good and what is not though? same with me. yea, it’s my site but mine and meka’s goal is to provide everyone with music. i may HATE a record, but in turn another person may LOVE it. it’s honestly not hard to ignore a post if you dont like the artist. i do it all the time.

AGREED. It is easy to ignore a post.. but it just seems like this site and most other music blogs today have a reocurring cast of characters, and many times these artists we see over and over havent done anything with a big impact, or thats meaningful to many people, and their level of creativity stays steady and often low. I just can’t agree with some of these dudes having this major outlet and doing half ass music Knowing this outlet will be there regardless..Here in LA i see MC’s producers grinding, 4 to 5 shows a month, gettin work done with out this sites support, and then i come here and see some lil mc’s you guys call “LA representatives” and i Never see them out on the LA scene rockin shit. I understand I am no one to judge whos music is greater than anothers, but i think Someone should try, especially if theyre running these huge sites..BOTTOMLINE Im jus sayin their is A LOT of talented mthafukrs out there who arent sponsored by a ws, or a clothing label, or wtvr, people who REALLY focus on THE MUSIC, and dont get caught up in the fuckery…that’s who’ should be lookn out for IMO.
