Clipse – I’m Good (rmx) f. Rick Ross (Video)

Say what you want, but I’m still making Till The Casket Drops my first actual CD purchase in over two years. Hell, I won’t even download the leak when that drops at that! Props to Ferris.

Oh, and it turns out Clipse have a mixtape with Jadakiss coming…

  1. good song, generic video

  2. yezzir… props, Meka..

  3. dont quote me, but i think “Doorman” is the next video for Clipse..

  4. mixtape with jada? RUH ROH! *scooby-doo voice*

  5. so what you’re saying Meka, is that you don’t actually support hip hop. You just tell other people to… sad. I bootleg a lot of shit but i’ve at least copped some albums like brother ali, kid cudi, drake, jay z, and a couple others.

  6. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
You payed for the Drake Ep? Dude gave it away for free

  7. Lol, i know i know. I had like $8 left on a gift card so why not, I wanted to show my support. Its just like Cudi and Jay Z. I had them before the cd came out. They are just sitting in a drawer with the wrapper still on it.

  8. ya hip hop def needs the support, specially the ones puttin out good music. so far this yr i copped Mos Def, Slaughterhouse, Jay-z, Raekwon, Cudi, drake (cmon y’all it wus 7$…) and Royce, and i’m gonna cop wale and clipse

    Support!

  9. He probably gets the music for free from the labels

  10. Mixtape with Jadakiss sounds interesting… Till the Casket Drops, needs to be out already…

  11. Va stand the fuck up…..even after the fall of Gezzy, The Clipse have held their heads high and kept it moving and while the big homie is truly missed that Soul Provider Swag is still living thru their music and movements….

  12. Love Clipse… buying the joint when it arrives.

Meka, I saw you wrote this several months back, I’m surprised, again that you can be so bold… I’m not privy to your finances, but it appears to me that Hip Hop provides you with at least a part of your livelihood.. and you can’t be bothered to spare some dollars for Mos Def, Ghostface, POS, Eminem, Jay, Cudi, Raekwon… etc?

    Ridiculous.

  13. Good looking video. Mixtape with Jadakiss should be crazy! Meka where did you get that information from?

  14. any1 know if theres a deluxe edition or anythin?

cot damn a tape with jada. cant wait for that shitt

  15. SMH @ the fact they even fuck with officer ricky and DJ Khaled…not a good look… i didn’t think clipse would do that… still buying there album tho, every track minus this one is dope that ive heard so far.

  16. THEY WHAT!?

  17. Meka, please tell me you buy hip hop albums still…if not, that’s not right. For me, buying albums not only shows support towards an artist, but it also brings a physical connection between me and the music, which makes the bond stronger. Like, i went out, drove and blazed to the store, and bought a physical copy, and that event sticks with you…instead of just sitting, clicking and updating the ipod, mindlessly.

  18. fuck that shit. cds nowadays cost a good 15 dollars in stores. thats almost two hours worth of work. and most of em ain’t even worth it. you wanna connection with the music go see the concert

  19. he said ACTUAL cd, as in physical. he probably buys his shit digital y’all, think about it.

  20. say what you want, but i’m not going to spend my hard earned money just to listen to someone talk about how much more money they have than me. i’d rather not pay to be mocked, when i can do it for free. support real hip hop and go to concerts

  21. @jackkerorap

$15 is two hours worth of work? Where do you work to be getting minimal wage? Sheesh…

Y’all cheap asses, Amazon AND Best Buy sell some cds for $9.99 on the first day. I understand not wanting to buy crap, nobody’s saying don’t download and listen first because that’s what I do…but if I like it, I buy it.

  22. lots of people work minimum wage, $15 for two hours is even more than minimum wage if you’re including taxes… restaurants, retail, etc..

  23. clipse and jada mixtape? GIVE ME!

yo MEKA u didnt buy BPIII?

  24. ^^^ True Story..

  25. That was @ Cannon, but yeah it’s hard to spend $15 when you can get it for free and have bad habits lol… Last album i bought was OBCL2, and if Rae, Ghost and Meth drop that album i’ll be coppin that too…

  26. love this song and I like the video

  27. BEST DUO EVERRR!!!

  28. im deff feein this track n vid

  29. There’s more than enough recent quality hip-hop that’s worthy of purchase. Amazon almost always has new albums at least 4-5 dollars less than retail stores. I’ve bought physical copies of Royce, People Under the Stairs, Kid Cudi, Exile, & Drake’s (& Currency’s digital album) all within the last 2 months. Spent about $60 total, but spread over two months that’s two $30 purchases in two months. Pretty good value in my opinion.

  30. if you’re talkin about supportin a dude you’re better off just sending them a check or copping their shit at a show. make sure they get all or at least more money.

that being said i did just buy the new Cunninlyguists this morning. and i’m goin to their show in a couple of weeks

  31. Yeah, I shop around and buy new albums for $9.99.

I don’t spend anything over $12.99, and if I know an album is coming out that I want I’ll even put $5 away this week, $5 away another week.

I gotta support my favorite artists, I mean … I spend more on fast food than I should so I just take it all into account. A cd lasts longer than food.

Anyway though, Clipse are too nice. Their lyrics are ALWAYS on point …

  32. either way you support the artist. one is more direct than the other. labels, despite lots of bullshit, actually do something to help artist

  33. Damn Officer Ricky needs to put some work and loose some weight damn that nigga is fat

  34. SHITTTTTTT THESE ARE MY NIGGAS I AM FROM THE 757 SO CLIPSE SHIT IS ALWAYS ON POINT TO ME. BUT. I MUST SAY. I BOUGHT THE TECH N9NE ALBUM AND NOBODY IS FUCKING WITH STRANGE MUSIC HONESTLY!! CHECK THAT SHIT OUT! PUT MORE TECH ON TWO DOPE BOYZ! AND PEEP http://www.myspace.com/bronova
