Behind the Scenes of Lil Wayne’s No Ceilings Mixtape (Video)

If the three leaks are anything to go by, “Mixtape Weezy” is definitely back in action. I look forward to the tape dropping this Halloween. Spotted at NR.

  1. i guess jay sent DOA to him then

  2. He gon kill DOA

  3. To be honest..when has a FULL Wayne mixtape disappointed?
Dedication 3 was YMs effort. not wayne imo.

  4. JETS NIGGA!

  5. i thinks its well documented that weezy earned majority of his fans through tapes. im only a casual listener to his shit and even im lookin forward to the halloween release

  6. all this stuff is droppin on halloween and ima be too busy with homecoming.. o well theres always sunday

  7. iLLness

  8. Yeah, as much shit as Wayne gets, a LOT of people are looking forward to this.

I still remember the summer Da Drought 3 was hot, it was all you heard.

  9. im pumped for this shit..no lie. da drought 3 is still in constant rotation imo.

  10. More excited for this than Carter 4 and Rebirth

  11. Its a problem that his mixtapes are more complete than his albums though, some of yall act like its a good thing. Da Drought 3>>>>>>Tha Carter III

  12. D.O.A. sounds ill

  13. that drought 3 was super ridiculous, definitely was everywhere.. even after all those half disc two different disc, two real disc leaks.

  14. impressive accomplishments they listed

am i the only one who like seeing rappers in the studio as they record songs? i love the dvd jay put out with blackalbum. more artist need to start doing that for the fans. just to see how the whole process goes down.

  15. Highly anticipating this… I wonder how much more he’ll release before he gets locked up.

  16. I haven’t been excited for a Wayne project in I don’t know how long. I ain’t really been feelin dude as of late, but that Swag Surfin shit he did sounded like the old Wayne I used to listen to.

  17. holy sweet mother mary that was redic on the flow dee ohh double gee!

  18. @ Jaywall

Then why was it hyped up so damn much to be better than D2??? They was way off. It was more of Young Money. I can agree with that. They should have just let that be a Young Money mixtape insted of embarrassing D2 with a poor effort titled D3.

  19. I’m looking forward to this to be honest. I liked the 3 leaks. Wayne is slowly getting there. I’m anticipating the REAL Wayne when he gets out of prison in 2011 more though. Time for him to pick back up where he left off at Carter 2 as far as albums go.

  20. I rly hope this tape is fire and more mataterial like it is soon to come…

  21. I hope we’re not left waiting till like 6 in the morning for this tape, all I can think about is the wait on the last tape that was this anticipated, So Far Gone, and how the only reason it was semi bearable was cause Charles Hamilton (RIP) dropped a tape that night too

  22. Word, let’s get this at 12AM Friday night/Saturday morning…lol.

  23. Da Drought 3 is better than the Carter 3 ?

    are you serious !?!?!

tha carter 3 had concepts and actually album songs
i swear that album is underated

  24. is he talkin bout aaron brooks from houston rockets? “cant pass like aaron brooks” — wtf?

  25. a lot of mixtapes comin out end of the month…can’t wait 4 dis one

  26. @itsyaboi

my first that was aaron brooks, the old QB from the saints. that nigga was ass passing. a broke down mike vick.

  27. your a young one boy aaron brooks was the quarterback of the saints about 7-8 years ago and did nothing for new orleans

  28. @ CheezyDoDo

Drought 3 was definitely better than Carter 3. A LOT better. Carter 3 was just straight ass crack cause them DJs kept leaking his shit making him go back in time after time. Only a few songs I can fuck with. Carter 1 was wayyy better than Carter 3 and that’s embarrassing.

  29. i hope there fo real sayin this is the next drought 3.
no joke, i still listen to that shit allmost everyday.
that was lil wayne at his best.

  30. OHH SHIT i forgot about wackass aaron brooks! man… that line makes complete sense now.

    wayne ftw.

  31. yeah that line was about arron brooks, shit was sick and yo did u watch vick play b4 he got locked up lol he was like nasty at passing

  32. hes talking about aaron brooks who was drafted by the packers like 10 years ago. he played for the saints was nasty for a year or two and then sucked

  33. he’s talking about aaron brooks who was drafted by the packers as a QB like ten years ago. he played for the saints was nasty for a year or two then sucked

  34. certain hip hop fans like myself prefer mixtape material to album releases… c3 v.s. drought 3 depends on what your looking for in your music…

  35. @ 1:00 throwbackkk…remember when he slipped…nonetheless lil weezy is back…his being doing this since 15 .give em his props

  36. @ Dangerous Vortex

You have lost your blood clot mind if you think Carter 3 was not hard as fucking!!!

    KILL YOURSELF

  37. thnk god for the net, majority of yall would never admit to yall peers in person that yall like weezy lol…i’m not looking forward to this as i’m waiting for V5 but if i hear this streaming,i won’t click the X lmao
