Life After Death, Cuban Linx 1 & 2 (is it too early to call it classic?), Slim Shady LP, Marshall Mathers LP, Paid In Full (I think), Stankonia, Reflection Eternal, Get Rich or Die Trying, College Dropout, and Supreme Clientele to name a few

^^^^ A lot of those had mad skits and bad tracks on em. Which proves my point about filler.

13-16 tracks is the best way to go. Anything more than that and you’re pushing it. In my opinion of course. But I don’t know too many rappers who can put out 18 tracks of straight HEAT. It’s always 13 or 14 dope tracks and 5 skippable ones. So why not eliminate those from jump?
