The “Say something track” sounds hella similar to “so ambitious” off of Jay-Z’s BP3. Timbo has lost his edge in Hip Hop…And I doubt “King Leon” is a neptunes track, doesn’t have their signature sound. I’m pretty sure it’s Boi Wonda or Polow Da Don, it’s got their “stuttering” double drum kick style with stabs and small loops of tones vs. being more melodicly driven.
Drake is dope. Like any other “mainstream” rapper gettin paid sometimes he does what the people (most of you guys) want. He happens to like Gucci apparently (unlike some lol) so he probably didn’t mind doin that (i’m sure it was a business positioning aswell, maybe even a favor who knows). Bottomline, maybe he just making music for him, so that he can find his happiness. Is that ok? I skimmed thru for now as most of the content sounded the same as everything else but King Leon sounded pretty dope so far i’ll go back and peep em later in no rush for the others but still anticipate the album.
