  1. This guy Matt Koza is DOPE. All of his videos with FE have been great and off the norm. I hope to see more vids with more artist.

  2. phonte > blu, drake, kanye, jay z, j cole and all these new clowns..

  3. elzhi & phonte are probably the only dope artists left…everyone else got co signs and overhyped…elzhi and phonte will always be dope regardless…phonte and elzhi are the only artists u get mad at for having features on there albums because there so dope u want it all to be them solo 100%

  4. Everyone is bringing there own flavor to the table, I would exactly compare. But Phonte and Elzhi are real humble dudes with amazing talent like Blu, Drake, Kanye, Jayz, and J.Cole and many others.

    Peace,

P.s.–is it my computer trippin, or is vimeo kinda stuttering the video ?!?

  5. ” I *wouldn’t exactly compare. “

  6. Phonte one of the realest emcees to ever grace the mic. He’s not tryingt to impress people, he stays true to who he is, and that reflects in his music. I’m a loyal follower of Little Brother and Foreign Exchange. It sucks that we have such good music such ast this but it never makes it on the radio because it’s talking about something positive.

  7. Phonte is one of few rappers that actually has somewhat of a singing voice

  8. My god, this video is corny. It damn near ruins the song for me. I still bump “Leave it all behind” though…but these videos? smh.

  9. super ugly

  10. I don’t know man, I might have to cop that ‘Leave It All Behind’

  11. one of my favorite song of the album

  12. Phonte is one of my favorite rappers
He is so dope and he keeps it real

  13. [...] Phonte & Nicolay (AKA the Foreign Exchange) hook up for the second video, “I Wanna Know,” off of their most recent album Leave it All Behind. Ever since the duo dropped Connected back in 2004 it seems like the sky’s the limit for the Foreign Exchange. Contrary to what most fans would expect, Phonte sang on the majority of Leave it All Behind instead of rapping, and the results were absolutely stunning. It’s like Phonte said on the “Letyourselfgo (Remix),” “Sometimes I rap; sometimes I sing like the Moody Blues.” [via 2 Dope Boyz] [...]

  14. prolly my favorite lyricist..Phonte that nigga..I don’t feel his singins too much, but I’d kill for a Phonte the emcee solo album with all 9th and Khyrsis

  15. This video is ridiculous. Phonte is the illest emcee in the game and has been for awhile. The “hottest” cat in the game right now patterned himself after ‘Te.

  16. this song is sick but the video didnt match the tempo of the track transitions where to quick he shoulda slow mo’d alot of squences on this and slowly fade transitions. phonte is one of the greatest artists musically of our time.
