    The song goes nowhere.
    Get back with Rich Harrison with the quickness.
    That’s why her last album was only released in Japan.
    Video treatment has no correlation to the song..
    If people think Beyonce stole her style, then who stole that bitches voice?
    She can’t sing for shit
    And she has no style.
    Awkward dancing, rhythmless, amatuer songwriting hack.
    Everythig she “was” were the invention of Harrison, from the beat to the arrangements.
    That’s what her and Beyonce have in common…a producer.
    All she is is eye candy.
    This album will flop big time
    Not because it wasn’t marketed well or she released the wrong singles.
    But because it has no hot records on it.
    At all.

19. Love this chick she is so awesome. Do ya damn thing Amerie keep doing you while these hater hate from the sidelines. This video is made dope it has a story and she is giving you something different. At least she’s not dancing in a circle in a back and white video in a one piece bathing suit which I have seen at least 3 video’s from the same feamle artist doing it over and over and over again. But that’s considered fabulous!

20. Amerie came out when Beyonce was still with Destiny’s Child. Amerie burst on the scene with her legs and short shorts…then Beyonce, who like Amerie is with Columbia, and her first video, like Amerie’s focused on the legs and what–the short shorts…

    Next, Amerie came with the tights the drum beats…then Beyonce with B-Day and the drums and live instruments (think back to Deja Vu)…she waited until Sasha to do the tights thing…but they are..or were with Columbia records so you have to think that they were dealing with the same people. What does not work for one artist, might help sell records for another artist.

    Now, Amerie is with Island and secrets cannot be passed on from one artist to another since there are not that many successful artist coming out of Island
