    And I won’t even front, the last album I bumped HARD from Yuk was his first solo, Thugged Out. But that album was the shiznittle bam snip snap sack.

    I honestly have not bumped him since….I feel bad :(

  12. I liked Yukmouth in high school when he came out with Godzilla and United Ghettos of America Vol. 1…now, I guess I grown out of Bay hip hop.

    No disrespect to Yay residents, but I’m from the Bay (San Francisco) and I live in Sacramento, and I haven’t felt anything from home in a long, long time.

    I’m not blaming 2DB for not having a lot of bay shit, because simply put, there isn’t anything standing out in the bay right now.

    I think the bay area needs a more prominent hip hop scene, similar to what L.A. has right now. It would definitely be nice to have some new generation bay shit to slap.

    But for as popular as the bay is and as much talent as it has, there just aren’t as many artist, as I would like to see, coming out of the bay. That’s all :)

    I agree with but sides of the house, but in all honesty, there is just simply too much hip-hop/rap/r&b/pop/other shit to keep up with. I say “do” what moves you! Period.

    As long as 2DB continues keepin’ me up-to-date on the culture and introducing me to some hot shit and I’ll be good :)

  21. man im from the frisco and cats ain’t even really feelin yuk no more…last shit that was hard was Thug Lordz with C-Bo, that westcoast don shit was weak, that million dollar mouthpiece was weak…yuk fell off, him and cats i used to fuck with, messy marv, keak…i will agree though stalin, the jack, locksmith as well as bailey, ya boy and clyde carson are kinda the hardest right now comin out the bay, but the bay really isnt poppin anyway as far as the music scene though as of late…
