Big and Pac have been gone for a minute, the lane was OPEN…Sean Carter took it. Niggas can sit here and say “Jay wouldn’t even be around if big and pac was here.” Thats just speculation, NOBODY knows what the game would be like if they was alive. If Big and Pac were here, would that have stopped Jay from making “Big Pimpin” “Dirt Off Your Shoulders” “Izzo (H.O.V.A.)” The Blueprint, Reasonable Doubt etc etc….chances are NO. I bet my balls that if they was here most of yall would give them the same Jay treatment. “Man this nigga washed up and old.” If anything we should be giving him(Jay) props. Becuz when we lost our to most important acts of the time. HE came in to lead, EVERY genre needs a defining act to keep it going. Being that we lost two of ours so early Jay moved in that house to take on the job. Made and killed trends influenced an entire Genre. To the point where you got Lil Wayne calling dude a “God” Kanye making songs about him. Niggas like Game getting made cuz he wont mention him. The whole “Oh let me not write my shit down” is ONLY big becuz of Jay, rappers owning they’re own labels was in large part thanks to Jay. You wanna talk REAL shit Jay-Z has done more for the game than both Biggie AND Pac. Reason being they’re DEAD. So how is anyone here gonna get made cuz who Drake was influenced by most?? Now i’m pretty sure imma get the whole “Nigga you a stan” or “This MUST be Memphis Bleek” “Get off his nuts” but w/e. “Hov got flow but he’s no Big and Pac but he’s close. How im pose to win they got me fight ghost”
