Yeah. People saying “Drake’s buzz is dying” should Heath Ledger themselves. And not even because it’s so much that Drake is the GREATEST, but if you have eyes and common sense, you’d see he’s still the biggest thing in the game right now. All these artists’ getting him on features, etc. Last week, Best I Ever Had, Successful and Every Girl were the Number 1, 2, and 3 spots on the Billboard Charts.

What other artist has a 6 minute song like “Successful” that they play ALL THE WAY through until Wayne’s part on the radio.

Now not liking an artist is one thing, but when you see the truth of what a person is doing and you try to deny it still just because you don’t like them, that’s called hating.

And if you just listened to even just this snippet and are still acting like teen girls are his only market, once again, you should fall back and reanalyze the validity of how you perceive obvious things.

when did I say I want artists to make “this” kind of music or “that” kind of music. I’m talkin about the niggas that are talking like all of this new shit is out of the box and original and moving hip hop forward, when it’s the same shit as before with a new half-assed beat.

and you talkin like you know what Drake wants to make and that it’s from the heart and shit. trick please, some of it might be real talk, but what the fuck does making people pay for something they gave away for free have to do with the kind of music they want to make.

Buying the same shit you’ve already been given for free to support artists who dont even see much of the profit is like buying bottled water to support the ocean that doesnt get any of the water back when you can just go to a fountain for free.
