19. jay rock is if anything UNDERATED..He can match bar 4 bar with ya’ll favorite MC’s. I agree this is not a oringinal concept but saying he’s wack is HATERISH. Hip hop needs a balance of back pack conscience mc’s,but you also have proverty stricken mc’s that have an equaly important message.
