If Im remembering correctly Drake didnt have any kind of marketing at all when so far gone dropped. Most people that found out about it found out through word of mouth. Also the people that really like Drake have been listening to him since prior to So Far Gone so its already been a few years to them. As far as the blackberry thing? So? Honestly pen, paper, off the top, ghost writers w/e it doesnt matter as long as they convey the message they’re trying to get across. In the end rappers are just products trying to sell themselves and Drake has definitely sold the “Drake Image” I guess thats why you’re hating?
