This has a dope club vibe. You gotta understand that a versatile emcee can make all types of records. He just experimenting with different joints, mostly for the club DJs to play.

“Justify My Thug” may have been the weakest beat ever by Quik, but lyrically it’s all there. I’m not arguing at all with “As One” – that song was horrible. “30 Something” was one of the best songs on Kingdom Come – which was a pretty dope album despite what a bunch of people say. I’m not necessarily a fan of “Bonnie & Clyde” or “Hollywood”, but they’re not t=among the worst by any means. And I agree 100% with “I know what Girls Like”
