Wale – HipHopChronicle Interview (Video)

After the fire alarm in Wale’s hotel. We went over to Hyde Park to do an interview. In this interview Wale speaks on his music being piegon holed and how he deals with that. We talk about how he feels frustrated by Mark Ronson not being easily impressed. He does his own impression of Jay-Z’s screwface. He tells me he wants to get back to timeless music, music that the genre can be proud of. He also kicks an off the dome freestyle for the UK.

  6. come to think of it, music from the UK isn’t as played out or corrupted as some from the states. maybe their music isn’t as big overall, or relevant to the world as much, but they keep it genuine. and didn’t kno dude had so much respect for semtex.. plus, don’t blame him for the o.k freestyle, he was multitasking and the interviewer did blindside him, u could see it on wale’s face lol

    better than what ash roth gave the UK awhile back, if i remember correctly.

    Then when i saw people interviewing him i was like it is him.
    Was a bit nuts to see him strolling around hyde park and shit..
    I know he aint famous but it was just a proper random
