I’m so embarrassed for Raekwon, and even more embarrassed for his stans. It’s tragic the way he tries to wash his hands of everything with dirty water. He calls Budden a kid and acts like it’s a term of endearment. If anything Rae is acting like the kid, having other people fight your battles. And as far as battling, Joe would stomp him, Rae ain’t a battle rapper by any stretch. Rae’s legendary status will probably always trump Budden’s in the long run due to the way he and the Wu burst on the scene and dropped classic after classic. Although pretty much any decent mc backed by such impeccable production and guest spots as Raekwon found himself blessed with, would probably share the same clout.

Ortiz has the most annoying voice, goofy demeanor in person/camera, has such a cornball trademark “yaawaaa” that most people hate but won’t tell him it’s wak. So basically Crooked I and Royce are the 2 main ones that have carried most of their songs. The group is a good idea but they don’t deliver 100% song for song. Not to mention the album is straight “LULLABY” music.
