Only Jay really knows what it means but I will take a stab. A few bars earlier he speaks of “…Two Face and the Prince of Darkness head a committee of snakes.” Jay confessed being heavily influenced by many things including Saturday morning cartoons. A committee of snakes references me to Cobra of G.I. Joe. The Cobra Commander wore a blank steel plate over his face.

It’s the appreciation of music and lyrics that makes you think and challenges you mentally and spiritually, instead of the same braindead garbage out right now. And you can appreciate an artist who actually puts some real thought into putting his words and lyrics together.

The song isnt talking about drugs, its pretty much a dream sequence/ halucination, from being under the influence of dmt the dream chemical, it opens up his third eye so he can see past the veil that the government places on him.
