I love how kanye has inspired a whole generation of slauson swapmeet knock offs and imitators. Everything from this kids ego, way of dress, delivery and delusional perception of self importance scream Kanye West.
I dont want to come off as a pretentious music snob,I am just being realistic. The similarities are painstakingly obvious and the whole act seems a bit contrived and manufactured. Paying homage and being inspired by your favorite artist is one thing, but duplicating his persona and trying to pass it off as your own is transparent and ultimately pathetic.
I dont understand how the hiphop media, blogs, “writers” journalist, fans and listeners can be so quick to praise someone for sounding like someone else.
First!
