No word on when the tape will actually drop, but maybe this’ll get a few c-heads to pipe down about it. SHAKE UPDATE: Actually, Spitta said the tape will be dropping this week! I’ve also included the artwork after the jump…

I cant pipe down when they announced on all those previous vids that the mix was goin to cum out in july..and it didnt!!!
WHEN IS THIS FIRE ASS SHIT DROPPIN????
this will be a really good mixtape.their styles will compliment each other real well.
@Mallory i cosign im tired of waitin for this
I dont even care that its late this is going to be the hottest mixtape of the year!
WIZ!!!! where he at?
Wayne was a fool to let Curren$y go…He much more original and sharper Rapper than Drake. Curren$y seems like he’s getting better and deeper with the rhymes. Best new school rapper i say…
Curren$y needs that co-sign or feature with a solid mainstream artist to get recognized past being an internet commodity. Big Boi should pick him up. Organized Noize + Curren$y + album = sure shot classic.
Curren$y wasnt comfortable with YM, he couldnt get released. I think Baby was holding him back, Wayne wanted Curren$y to release but its Baby’s final say.
If Curren$y was to get picked up by one of the huge mainstream rappers today, he’d do good. Ludacris should pick him up, maybe TI.
Onto Wiz, hes dope as fuck. This mixtape needs to release NOW!! At least we got mixtape cover. No tracklist though.
THIS SHIT SOUND HOT
This will b da best mixtape of 09 n they need 2 release it by at least da end of this week
spitta dat nigga
wiz said on his twitter that the mixtape is comin out sometime this week.. cant fuckin wait
Co-sign with Curren$y needing to be picked up by some mainstream artists. I didn’t know Baby was holding him back tho I always thought Wayne was swagga jackin’ Hot Spittas style and feared if he kept him people would realize he was bitin’ Curren%y style and flow. Hot Spitta would be perfect on Grand Hustle or he and Wiz should create their own supergroup like Slaughterhouse. Their net buzz is almost as big and their styles compliment each other perfectly.
Da Mixtape is dropin dis week!!!
he shouldnt sign with grand hustle nor dtp. they both got too many artists with no releases as it is
Wayne didn’t let him go, Spitta left. He probably feels stupid about it now, he left before C3….now Wayne is the biggest rapper in the world, and people are made stars just off the strength of standing next to him. Nicki Minaj and Drake are two of the hottest new acts in the game, getting the chance to rock in front of 25,000 people in outdoor stadium…meanwhile Spitta is now a blog rapepr who’s lucky to get 2 or 3 House of Blues shows every other month or two. Him leaving YM before C3 was like Sauce Money leaving The Roc before Vol. 2
everything u said @Chi-Town’s Finest is tru but dude wasnt doing ish at the time..he wasnt droping any new mixtapes and the album wouldve had wait another year @ least..u gotta look at it frm his POV..it was an understandable move atm…
when u listen 2 dude tho he really isnt a mainstream type of rapper and sadly will probably never blow up..so ur right about him missing his chance at fame…dude is one of my favorite emcee’s and i want him 2 shine but he’s got alot of things going the way he wants now in the underground scene so maybe he doesnt even need 2 get a mayor record deal
^^^^^Yea this guy’s got it down.My thoughts exactly.Shoulda waited a bit before jumpin ship Spitta
DRAKE ALBUM COVER IS RELEASED: http://twitpic.com/967fa/full
I meant “Chi-Town’s Finest” statement. But “Big_E” is wrong tho wit Currensy’s output before he left.He had two mixtapes in 2007,”G-Series” wit Mack Maine and “Life at 30,000 feet”(one of my fav’s) before he left Cash Money. Not to mention his TWO singles too.”Where Da Cash At”(which waz even on 106 and Park) and “My House”(which never really buzzed). After all dat shyt he just felt he should leave I guess. But yea he jumped ship a lil early.Young Money’s tryna take off now and Curren$y and Drake woulda been their flagship artists I bet
@ TED BUNDY: GTFOH
I hear you Big E. I guess some people just have more patience and loyalty than others. We probably would have never heard of Lil Wayne had he made a similar move and bounced from Cash Money before they blew up with Juvi’s 400 Degrees…Just as a fan, I can’t help but think that both parties would’ve been better off had he stayed. He’s been trying to get a deal ever since the XXL cover, but the games so messed up now he can’t get signed. But there’s always the blog love I suppose.
can’t wait for this. i’ve been patiently waiting for 2 months.
I really like the idea that somebody else just said about Spitta and Wiz linking up and making an offical Slaughterhouse styled group…
dis shit gonna be ill!!!!!!!!
hopefully wiz will get back to some of his old Prince of the City 1 grind. That mixtape was the dopest.
am i the only one tired of this all this weed shit. thats all this nigga talks about. he has to much talent to be stuck in the stoner rapper category.
the artwork done by 3rd id is sick…
they come from austin i think and have some hot shit!
@Chi-Town’s Finest
I disagree that Young Money is getting the same love Lil’ Wayne’s getting just because they’re associated with him. Drake had a crazy buzz long before he signed with Young Money, and really it was his signing that elevated YM up from Wayne’s hype-men (and woman)//weed carriers to a group getting an actual release date for their album. Money-wise, I’m guessing he is getting a much bigger/better/fairer cut from his shows and his album sales with Amalgam then having to split it 8 different ways between him, Baby, Wayne, Universal, etc. And from a creative standpoint, I don’t think Curren$y would have been able to get the type of buzz he has now sitting on the sidelines even if it was a major label. I know I never would have given Curren$y a chance if he didn’t release 7 mixtapes for me and everyone else to hear what he was able to do when given the creative freedom to do it. I hated “Where The Cash At” and I’d imagine that we’d be hearing a lot more of those type of songs from the Hot Spitta if a major label was constantly breathing down his neck, waiting for a top 40 single.
Thing is no one coulda predicted how well C3 woulda did compared to the earlier installements.
But if Curren$y was to sign with a major again, he will be put out, hopefully this tape with wiz gains alot of attention.
Baby’s a moneyholding bitch. he wont let anyone release without a hot buzz single now. why you think drake actually is releasing? whens tyga, mack, millz, omarion, etc coming?
yea your the only one tired of “all this weed shit”…
lmao… weed > your opinion BY FAR
Can’t wait for this… I don’t listen to Wiz, but since he collab’d with Spitta, who all over my ipod, I’ll give him my ears when this drops.
that shit he said about the lighters gettin taken sound like my niggas!
stay pocketing my bics!
@Tre
hahahaha
im high as fuck and cannot stop repeating this.
@Holdup!!!
“Life at 30,000 Feet” was the only official mixtape he had out the whole time he was with YM and that ish came out way b4 he left the label…And yea “Where the Cash At”(which was wack) got sum hype but that doesnt matter when ur album isnt getting any…All of Cash Money’s effort was on Wayne and he decided 2 bounce..i could feel nigga on that.
lls @ DayO…i think that shit happens 2 evrybody that smokes.. and i was like that earlier,i think i watched it 15 times haaa…
Please stop talkin bout wayne and drake…they are bull as fuck. Curren$y and Wiz put them to shame.
Jets and the Taylorgangg…STILL waiting on this!!
and Degrassi needs Drake back and Weezy needs more promethazine!
I’ve been waiting on this for like ever so it better blow me away
spitta did it on his own, nigga is just that real
them wayne and them is clowns
chill and smoke one people
im so fucking down
curren$y made the right move leaving YM, so weezy is big who cares theirs like 10 other YM members people probably cant name, Curren$y’s album got pushed back so weezy could work on C3, so he left and thats the same thing that happened with No Limit they had too many artists and couldnt push spittas album so he left, the nigga was tired of the bullshit, its and amalgam could of marketed his album a bit better, their makin vids for joe buddens album and spittas just now makin a vid for 16 switches
kudos to Spitta and Wiz for doing their thang on their own…
http://www.mixtapetorrent.com/system/files/swishahouserehab.jpg
Slaughterhouse is the best as it is. But them dudes is vets. Royce my fav rapper. but i love currensy & wiz
if they did it be , curren$y, Wiz, Mickey Factz, XV. That shit would be nice
nonono dont mix wiz n curren$y with those other “new rappers”
@coolmane, cuz joe budden has more paper than curren$y, more of a name too…
in addition to wut u said tho, wiz also left his major label at WB, so it seems almost as if it was meant to be for them 2 to join up, we need a movie next curren$y n wiz!!!
@ Bobby Boucher…. PLEASE don’t compare them to that mix of some of the most shitty mainstream music that’s been altered by Mike Watts… Up In Smoke was a dope movie, so i’m not surprised that it inspired either one of these covers.
aight spitta confirmed it, if it doesnt drop today its gonna drop on sunday just up to wiz to finish his verses
