I’ve never heard so many people talking about the lighting design of a show except for the Glow in the Dark tour. I got a chance to interview the guy who did both, the best lighting designer in hip hop, John Goldstein. He talked about what it was like working with Kanye and how he came up with Cudi’s design. I saw cudi’s show on wednesday.. that shit was WEAK as hell. no way he should be closing a crazy tour like that..
