2) #1 does not qualify as “snitching”. If he had been the shooter and then gave up his crew as accessories, etc… to get a break, then he would be a “snitch”.

When you enter a certain lifestyle you should already know the consequences that come with it. So when you get caught you should know that it’s something that goes with the territory or some would say it’s karma. That’s what happens to most people. Duhh!
