Firstly, you’re falling into a trap of talking about the WU vs Budden. Once again, try to separate the GROUP from the INDIVIDUAL that is the Rebel INS. Comparisons should be a on person to person base. This has nothing to do with the full Wu, or most of it’s members. It was Joe vs Meth & now Joe vs INS.

Also, Joe’s first album was grammy nominated as well. Is the material as good as Tical? That’s a matter of opinion. Times and content have changed so it’s almost impossible to compare the two just as you can’t compare Shaq to Bill Russell.

Lastly, I recognize INS’s verse on Triumph is incredible, but it seems like the Wu fans keep proving Joe’s point by ONLY bringing up that verse. Knock the Joe stans down by bringing up his verse on “Guillotine”, “Above The Clouds” and songs from INS’s SOLO albums. Joe fans need to bring up his dope joints like “Secrets”, “3 sides to a story”, “dum_out”, “better me” and more.
