Royce Da 5′9″ – Warriors f. Crooked I, Joe Budden & Joell Ortiz

That’s right, even with slow ass internet I still come through (shouts to Alex). New SLAUGHTERHOUSE! © Crooked I. Well… technically it’s a Royce record as it’s off The Revival EP (which drops tomorrow). Cop that shit and support the machine!

  47. Oh yeah I forgot to add. All the beats will suck just like this b/c these niggas can’t aford any better.

  48. Yo Shake, I wanna ask you a question. Are these EP’s gonna be posted up for free download or are u gonna make us buy them & just post up a purchase link? & if so how much are each gonna cost cuz if they all add up to more than the price of one regular album then I’ll have to illegally DL them from elsewhere.

  64. Lyrically Joe is always the best one for the most part…u all say he comes wack cuz his flow isnt as good as Crooked’s

  65. ay wat order do they go in through da whole song? n how many songs r on da Revival Ep? hard fukin trak tho 4 sure crooked killz it

  66. Good lookin’ on this one. These cats are really strking when the iron is hot instead of waiting 10 years to put out a project. BRAVO. Thanks. Peace

  67. Budden’s second verse is sick. His 1st verse is ight but sounds low quality. If you listen you can hear a lot of click and pops in it that got distorted when they were cleaning up the audio.

Sound is hard minus tho minus the 1st verse. Crook and Royce got a lot of chemistry in dis joint

  68. Thanx for the shout out! LOL. Why is crooked I in this group? Joey needs to give it up!

  100. Slaughterhouse!

  101. I think Slaughterhouse is dope, but wasn’t feeling this one.

  102. lol, slaughterhouse. no one knows who the fuck slaughterhouse is outside of the internet and a few fans in select cities. and they arent going anywhere. fast. ill give it to them though, they have the internet buzzing. but i gues this just proves that even if people on the internet love you, some people just arent going anywhere. the internet works for some things, not for others.

  103. It’s always funny to see someone being condescending about “internet buzz” in a comment section. If Irony was strawberries we would all be enjoying a big batch of strawberry ice-cream right now.

  104. lol @ talking about ‘internet’ like its some minuscule form of media. Internet > BET/MTV/MAGAZINES/RADIO – we are in the revolution as media is all going online and things get heard and passed around faster exponentially thats why these magazines die out and BET gets shitty ratings because people can listen to whatever they want, whenever they want on the internet.

Subjective opinions about Slaughter aside: think again before you act like the internet is some sideshow circus that only a small group of people communicate through, cause thats just silly.

  105. “We’re going to give people an album, a real album, and that’s what I don’t think people think we’re capable of doing,” said Royce. “Often times in interviews, I get asked ‘Are you going to have hooks on the album,’ and to me, that’s the craziest fucking question I’ve ever heard in my life, because it’s like, ‘What album have you heard that doesn’t have hooks on it?’ We’re going to be doing some real songs, concepts, everything. There’s going to be times where we’ve got ‘Onslaught’-type songs where we just go bar-for-bar, verses back-to-back. We’ve got a few of those. I think people are going to be surprised when they hear we can actually make songs…I think that’s what people expect [from super-groups]. They automatically put you in that box. I don’t necessarily look at it as a problem because I know the album that we have is going to get us out of that box. I feel like we’re honestly about to prove that this group can be big, not just an Internet group that can kick a bunch of fucking freestyles, an actual big group that you see plastered all over your television and all over everything.”

  106. dope….i think people have started expecting too much from the machine already.when onslaught came out we were all open, like lets see what a group of sick cats can do,yea?thats how we should take every song.
i guarantee if you did, you’ll enjoy it.put the hype aside and just listen.

  107. damn ep is to short,.. just cop it myself

    street hop 2010 !!

  108. Damn this track is crazy, slaughterhouse does not disappoint.

  109. They shouldn’t have used (Joey,Joell) n (Crook,Royce) order. Crook kinda spits like Royce n their voices isn’t that different. They should work on balancing the tracks cuz the same verses in a different order can make a humongous… difference.

  110. Joe Budden is so terrible he should make a mixtape called PPUMMPPP ITT UPPP all dissing the greats like Nas, Kane, G Rap, Wu, TCQ, and all the legends and talk about how huge of an impact hes had on the game by dropping PUMMPP IT UPPP and how much hes effected peoples lives musically by dropping lines like “im in a honda poppin pills like e-honda”

    fucking garbage

  111. Of course it’s straight Hip Hop! Thank God 4 them.

  112. Im feelin this joint. Crooked goes hard.

  113. joints bangin, and shake stays droppin royce related shit, good stuff bro

  114. Are people serious when they criticize Joe Budden?!? lol, yah right, he’s “garbage”, “nonexistent”, what else?

He has his own style, just that! The others are great, they might even be better, but not in all songs. Budden might have kept it low on this one but he has as much potential as any quarter of the Slaughterhouse. That’s the beauty of this group, they are all dope, no weak links (cough G-Unit cough).

The song is powerful, no hook!
